Job description

A charity based in London are looking for a Project Manager - New Product Development and Innovation.

Key responsibilities
Leading projects to develop income generating products
Building robust business cases using analysis of qualitative and quantative data
Project managing strategic projects as defined by Director of Income Generation, steering groups and boards.
Developing project plans with stakeholders and being accountable for project objectives and outcomes
Work across the organisation to identify opportunities and barriers to income generation

Person specification
Excellent project management skills to ensure complex projects are delivered to deadlines and manage interdependencies
Proven abilities and experience in senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Ability to establish and then evaluate strategic initiatives to ensure the most value is created for an organisation, alongside a proven ability to problem solve and to overcome challenges on complex projects
Proven experience assessing income potential of opportunities, interpreting external market insight to inform decision making and measuring impact.
Proven experience in business development, lean and agile project management and qualitative and quantitative insight elicitation and analysis.
Experience working with Boards and Senior stakeholder to challenge and define organisational responses to increase income.
