I am working with a children’s charity, based in the East London/ Essex area, as they look to hire a curious individual who will research, test and develop potential new products, campaigns or events across the public fundraising programme; introducing new materials/ resources, implementing a marketing strategy to generate growth.
In this role you will:
- Lead on the project development of Public Fundraising campaigns, initiatives and events to generate growth through increased mass engagement
- Develop marketing plans in conjunction with the Head of Public Fundraising to promote existing and new public fundraising activity in order to maximise participation and income through a variety of channels.
- Line-manage the Public Campaigns Executive to support in the delivery of existing public fundraising events
- Research, develop and test new fundraising products, campaigns and initiatives in line with the Public Fundraising strategy
Work closely with the Community Fundraising Officers, Regional fundraisers and events team to maximise opportunities across the programme and setting up robust supporter journeys and processes to enhance supporter experience.
This role sits within the Innovation team and will be suited to someone who likes to be creative and work as part of a collaborative team.
