Publications and Information Officer

Job description

A charity in London, seek a Publications and Information Officer for 4-6 weeks, to cover permanent recruitment period.

The interim person will be required to cover the following duties:

Duties:
To proof read publications and information of 15000+ words.
To answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner and log calls using Microsoft Access.
To process orders for publications via phone, post and email.
To enter new and renewing member records, into a membership database (Concept).
To assemble and send out printed information by post.
To respond to common email requests using standard information where appropriate.
To undertake other administrative tasks as required by the team.
