Job description

Harris Hill is working with one of the UK's leading children's charities to find a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join there team for 8 weeks. This job role pays weekly and is an immediate start. Duties will include:

Key responsibilities

Inputting all new starters on HR system
Ensuring that adverts are posted in a timely manner and to a high standard
Ensuring that pay policy and recruitment policies are adhered to
Complete all on-boarding (producing contracts and offer letters, sending offer packs to candidates, processing and collating references, supporting with DBS processes)
Invite candidates to assessments

Preferred systems experience

Cascade ( HR system )
eArcu ( Recruitment system )
