Recruitment Manager - Volunteers & Graduates

Job description

My client is a national mental health charity who are currently going through a shift in the way they recruit volunteers to join their organisation.

Based in London this role will lead on the strategic engagement and attraction techniques to enhance the current pipeline of graduates coming into the charity to volunteer.

This is a 2 way partnership as the volunteers will receive the hours they need to be able to move into a paid role, this gives them a career path with strong vision and focus.

This opportunity will be best suited to a graduate or volunteer recruitment professional who has experience implementing innovative ways to attract and engagement. People management skills will be needed to manage a small team of co-ordinators.

As a graduate or volunteer recruiter at the moment you will be comfortable building relationships with key colleges and universities to engage and promote the charities values to demonstrate compelling reasons why this charity should be where they should come to complete their first steps towards a paid role. You will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure their needs are effectively met through good relationship building, analysis and delivery.

There is a genuine opportunity to effect change here, be the subject matter expert and use your previous successes and failures to be able to identify what works and what doesn't.

Finally, the candidate must be able to use data to their advantage, working out trends of which regions have shortfalls, what is working and what isn't and be able to report this to management regularly.

9am, Monday 23rd is the deadline to apply for this fantastic role.
