Calling all Recruitment Specialists!
I am delighted to be working with an amazing care services charity in search of a Recruitment Specialist. This role sits within the HR/People Directorate, responsible for Human Resources, Volunteering and Workforce Development. The Directorate supports the organisation in a variety of ways through the creation and implementation of the organisation's People and Organisational Development Strategy which includes our ambitious HR, Volunteering, EDI and Recruitment Strategies.

Primary Job Purpose:
Deliver a first-class service at all times which reflects the high standards of an effective HR/People Directorate, whereby the Recruitment Specialist maintains high levels of confidence on the part of hiring/recruiting managers and across the organisation generally.
Manage all paid workforce recruitment and selection activities from inception to induction by thinking and proactively planning effective recruitment campaigns both at pace and with good attention to detail in accordance with the Joiners, Movers and Leavers Policy and associated procedures.
Support hiring/recruiting managers through a seamless transition using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to include training, ensuring that hiring/recruiting managers are highly competent and confident in the ATS system.
Provide expertise in designing, managing and delivering innovative recruitment campaigns to create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts, job descriptions including person specifications, well managed interview processes, relevant and appropriate interview questions as well as timely, sensitive and constructive candidate feedback.
To prepare and produce high quality and accurate offer letters, contracts of employment and other recruitment and selection documentation, as required, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
Ensure that all recruitment and selection systems and processes reflect the organisation's commitment to EDI and equal opportunities for all, ensuring that all vacancies are advertised appropriately in the right places to both attract the best talent as well as ensure that internal staff are fully aware of all vacancies.
