Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a education and young person focused charity in their search for an Relationship Manager on a 10 month FTC. This role will working on a medium sized portfolio of donors ranging from 5-6 figures. It is a great role for someone who is out of sector who have examples fo developing key relationships.

This role is a great opportunity to learn about major donor fundraising and to build your relationship building skills up too. It is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to find a specialism within fundraising (might be an Assistant, Exec or Officer currently).

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves major donor or development fundraising but might be searching for a smaller organisation to get stuck into, or someone who is wanting to take the next step up within relationship fundraising.

• Ideally have a background in relationship fundraising in or out of the charity sector.
• Some clear experience of supporting or leading on researching on potential new supporters/ donors.
