We are looking for a successful Business Development Manager to join an inspirational and leading youth charity. 

You will lead on developing strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and will manage a new business pipeline. You will develop creative proposals and presentations and create strategies and financial targets. You will also manage a Business Development Executive. 

After a fantastic year raising their highest ever funds in the Corporate Business Development team, the charity are expanding their team and setting ambitious and exciting new targets for the next financial year! 

We are looking for someone who has experience securing new corporate partnerships and relationship managing existing partnerships at management level. You will have a strong track record of securing major gifts and have great influencing, negotiating and pitching skills. 

This is a full time, permanent role and is offering a salary of £36,000 - £39,350. You will be based in a buzzing new office that is full of energy and has a great team spirit.
