Senior Campaigns Manager

A leading national health campaigning charity is looking for a Senior Campaigns Manager to build its campaigning function.

Working as part of the Policy and Campaigns Team, this position will be the charity's first dedicated campaign manager, whose aim will be to harness its recent major campaigning success to increase its campaigning and policy impact at local, national and devolved levels. In collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, including in Marketing, Communications and Fundraising, you'll be responsible for creating an integrated campaigning strategy to ensure Campaigns as a core function of the charity.

With the role being the first dedicated campaigns position within the charity, you'll have the opportunity to shape campaigning as a core function. As such, the postholder will be a highly experienced campaigner, particularly in supporter and public engagement mobilisation, with experience of using campaigning to bring about policy and culture change.

This position is full time and permanent, paying just under 45,000 p.a. There is also the opportunity to work 4 days / 28 hours per week, with a pro rata salary on offer.
