Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with WaterAid in their search for a Senior Partnership Communications Officer. In joining their Projects and Partnerships team this role will change normal for millions of people so they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good. The team works to identify and maximise strategic communications opportunities and value for WaterAid. The team also manages communications activities for key strategic partnerships across the Water Industry and Corporate teams.

The Senior Partnership Communications Officer will work closely with the Water Industry Partnership (WIP) and Corporate Teams to support existing fundraising and engagement activity and find new ways to involve employees and customers on behalf of the WIPs'. This role is key to enabling WaterAid's Strategic Partnership Account Managers to build the strongest possible relationships with their supporters, bringing WaterAid's work to life and helping them to understand the impact of their support.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing communications strategies which engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of developing engaging and persuasive donor communications, ideally for a corporate audience.
  • A good understanding of digital communication channels and tools and knowledge of story gathering and storytelling.
  • Experience of coordinating communications activities and managing projects; working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and building relationships with senior managers.

Contract -12 Months Maternity Cover Contract, Full Time

Salary & Benefits - £33,300 - £35,047 dependent on experience with excellent benefits
