Senior Executive - Raffles/Appeals

Job description

Harris Hill are very pleased to be working with a much loved children's charity to recruit a Senior Executive - Raffles and Appeals to join their Individual Giving team. With a broad focus on donor development, this role will specifically look after the day-to-day management of all raffles and work across a wide programme of appeals.

You will design campaign briefs, timing plans and KPIs and work with internal teams and external agencies to make sure these are delivered in the most effective way, and lead on the development of new propositions and products to enable the growth of the raffle programme, exploring new avenues for supporters to donate through.

This role would suit a candidate with a good understanding of raffles and cash appeals and the guidelines surrounding these activities, and a good wider understanding of direct marketing campaigns. This charity offers a competitive salary and hybrid working.
