Senior Individual Giving Executive - Acquisition

Joining a well-known, respected charity who campaign to end human rights abuses, this role is key in acquiring new supporters to the charity. The opportunity offers flexibility to work from home, flexible working hours and an opportunity to use your skills, knowledge and experience to help change the world.

As Senior Individual Giving Executive you will be responsible for acquiring new regular givers and cash donors for the charity across a range of products, including membership, the weekly lottery and new/Innovation products. You will also maintain and evaluate the welcome journey of all donors to month 6.

The role may be for you if:

  • You’re skilled in managing acquisition fundraising projects, backed up by a broad understanding of the principles around direct and digital marketing.
  • You can develop and manage direct marketing campaigns and projects to time scale and within budget.
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • You also have strong planning and scheduling skills which means you’ll have no problem handling multiple projects, while the ability to analyse and interpret numerical/statistical data will stand you in good stead.

The charity value their talent and people often stay at the charity for a long-time, due to their amazing values, benefits, and opportunities for progression and secondment.

Their Commitment to you

“Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism (IDEA) are at the core of our values. We want to be an organisation that tackles structural inequality and prejudice as well as be an actively anti-racist organisation. This means taking a meaningful and equitable approach to supporting and developing you and others during your time with us”.

New colleagues receive 27 days leave annually (29 after five years), as well as bank holidays (pro rated for part time). 2-5% employee pension contributions are matched at 6-9% and we offer 6 months full pay for family leave. We offer flexible working such as compressed work patterns and job shares.

Apply for this role

We welcome applications from everyone and particularly encourage applications from people from an ethnic minority background, and people with a disability to help us achieve a balanced representation in our workforce, especially at senior grades.

To reduce bias in our shortlisting process, the charity operates an anonymised application process. If for any reason you prefer to apply in a different format, or require adjustments in the process, please get in touch. We are a disability confident organisation. More details of inclusion can be shared.
