We are working with a leading homelessness charity in their search for a new Senior Major Donor Manager. 

Your role will be to help the charity grow and sustain income from mid-value and major donors. You will be a strategic thinker and develop and deliver the major donor fundraising strategy, and personally manage a portfolio of high level stakeholder relationships. 

You will lead and manage a team of 5 and support their aims and objectives. It is very important that you are a inspirational and motivational leader, who has experience in guiding a team and helping them progress.

This is a full time, permanent role and is offering a salary of £33,249 - £36,491. Flexible working hours and some working from home is available.
