Are you passionate about creating equality and opportunity for everybody? Are you an experienced Major Donor fundraiser? This might be the role for you! Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a non for profit in their search for their new Senior Major Donor Manager.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the creation, development and nurturing of relationships with high value individuals and major donors to maximise income. Key to this will be moving donors through the pipeline, securing increases from existing donors and recruiting new major donors. You will also be responsible for mid level donors and moving them into the major donor pipeline as and when appropriate.

Do be considered for this role:

• You will have at least 3 years' experience in a fundraising role and at least 1-2 years specifically in major donor fundraising.
• You will have had experience at working in organisations or companies where building relationships with people has been at the core.
• You will have had experience of developing and implementing a fundraising or marketing or sales strategy and be knowledgeable of evaluation systems and methods.
• You will have had proven success at consistently meeting targets.
