Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the impactful social welfare organisation Healing Justice London I their search for an experienced Senior Media and Communications Manager.

The Senior Media and Communications Manager is responsible for the development of a dynamic and creative communications and outreach strategy for Healing Justice London (HJL). Together with the Communications Team, the Senior Media and Communications Manager will use their insights into strategic communications, narratives and framing to expand the profile of HJL and our work and shape the narrative and agenda for public discourse on racial, social and disability justice, health inequity and healing.

The role will hold  lead responsibility for the organisation’s long-term digital outreach and engagement work and supports the team to understand its audiences and create compelling and accessible content, with the aim of increasing our influence and supporting our advocacy objectives around systemic change.

We’re looking for a thinker and builder who enjoys working with a diverse set of people and organisations to deliver concrete outcomes. This role will lead and deliver innovative strategies and tools that help us reach a wider audience; learn, document and share insights from our work; create partnerships with various stakeholders to affect change for our communities; and ensure our programming and campaigns have maximum impact.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000  

Contract: Full-time (four days a week considered, salary pro-rated) one year fixed term contract (with potential to become permanent core staff). 

Location: Hybrid working.  We require everyone to work from our central London office 1-2  days a week
