A London based homlessness charity seek an experienced Press and PR Officer ASAP until end January 2019.

Being the winter months and Christmas bring lots of publicity for this type of charity, this is a great opportunity their fundraising and campaigning activity.

You'll be involved with their work to grow income, brand and influence, challenge attitudes towards homelessness and people who have been homeless, and help give a voice to their clients.

As a key member of a team tasked with delivering excellent comms support for this activity, we are looking for someone who has:

Significant PR and media experience having worked on delivering successful campaigns ideally in either public/third sector or agency-side
Experience of gathering and delivering impactful content, including real life stories, photos, videos and online copy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels in a clear, meaningful and effective way
The ability to be flexible, respond positively to change, and work effectively under pressure
