An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced direct marketing fundraiser to join an ambitious, international charity.  

As Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Retention) you will contribute to the development and delivery of a rich donor retention programme; helping reduce attrition and keep the existing donor base engaged, energised and inspired. Working as part of the Retention Team, you will develop and deliver fundraising campaigns that inspire the charity’s warm supporters to donate, including appeals and telemarketing, among other activities.

In order to be successful, you must be experienced in direct marketing fundraising that drives income and manages attrition and engagement of supporters, be able to demonstrate strong project management experience and have an excellent understanding and experience of data segmentation and personalisation. Strong communication skills are also key, alongside a passion for creating a fair world for everyone.
