Senior Trusts and Foundations Officer

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Trusts fundraiser based in London, to develop and raise funds by maximising income generation. You will be engaging and embedding strong relationships in the heart to the charity's philanthropic programme.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Manage a portfolio of between 20,000 to 100K reporting into the Trusts and foundations manager.
- Generate and manage income from trusts and foundations and submitting applications for large scale capital grants.
- Identifying potential prospects through proactive engagement, influencing and through cultivation events.
-Maintaining fundraising progress on their database and helping enable the best process are applied for the data base.

In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Demonstrable experience of trusts or previous fundraising experience.
-Evidence of success in working with key grant makers.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organisational, multi-tasking and administrative skills.
-Ability to build strong relationships.
