Social Media Officer

Harris Hill is working with a charity that works with young women. They are looking for a Social Media Officer from the 28th March for 3 months on a freelancer basis.

This role sits outside IR35 and the client would ideally like the successful candidate to bill them directly from their own company or umbrella, £120-150 per day all in. (Plus VAT if needed and OUTSIDE IR35)

Duties:
To work with the Marketing Lead (Social) and Marketing Lead (Digital) to create and deliver social media plans, supporting with community management and all administrative tasks.

To support the day-to-day management of social media, delivering excellent customer service and building a strong and vibrant social community across key social channels.

To create high-quality, engaging content that is in-line with messaging and tone of voice - both written and visual.

To support key organisational campaigns and objectives with high-quality social media and digital advertising content, including engaging multimedia assets, delivered to an agreed schedule and to maintain this schedule on an ongoing basis .

To regularly track, measure and report on our social and digital marketing metrics in order to make regular improvements and optimise our channels for all audiences.

To support the Marketing Lead (social) to reach and grow all key audiences via proactive and reactive content on our digital channels.

To escalate issues and concerns from our audiences appropriately to relevant stakeholders across the organisation.

To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience within a social media/ digital marketing environment, able to use various analytical tools as well as utilise Canva for graphic design.

The client will be interviewing the week 21st March, to start week 28th March, so you'll need to be free to start from the 28th March.
