Supporter Acquisition Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Acquisition Manager to join a fantastic national health charity.  

Please note, this role is home-based.

As Supporter Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for delivering on significant growth of the individual donor base and income in line with recent success across the cash, regular giving and lottery programmes. You will lead on developing and delivering mass marketing plans to significantly grow reach across individual giving and other key donor segments and products such as in memory giving.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing and continually reviewing annual plans and budgets to recruit new cash, lottery & regular givers using the most effective techniques according to audience need and preference e.g. direct mail, inserts, door drops, telemarketing, digital, DRTV, face-to-face. You will also manage the delivery of an effective direct marketing donor acquisition programme (across cash, RG, lottery, trading) to generate maximum income within agreed expenditure budgets. The Supporter Acquisition Officer reports into this role, so you must have the ability to provide motivational leadership, ensuring that they achieve their objectives and their own professional development goals
