Supporter Care and CRM Manager

Job description

A South West conservation charity is looking for a Supporter Care and CRM Manager join their fundraising team.

They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage their stewardship programme and deliver outstanding supporter care. The right candidate will have a strong grasp of the CRM system ThankQ and experience running membership recruitment and retention programmes and fundraising appeals.

Essential Criteria -
Proven experience working in a fundraising, membership or direct marketing function
Developing and implementing a supporter journey, using data to inform fundraising and marketing activity
Experience of supporter/membership/customer recruitment and retention
Experience of ThankQ or similar CRM database
Experience of complying with best practice and charity legislation
