Supporter Care and Data Executive

Job description

A charity based in Central London are looking for a supporter care and Database Executive. The Candidate would need to manage and deliver excellent supporter care, customer service and donor administration, assist in the development and delivery of high quality direct marketing campaigns and effectively manage our supporter database (Raiser's Edge), ensuring robust policies and procedures are implemented.

Key responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of service to our individual givers by:
Swiftly processing and thanking all individual giving donations.
Effectively handling queries by telephone, letter and email.
Swiftly resolving any complaints.
Co-ordinating and developing supporter-communications to increase engagement and loyalty.
Effectively manage Raiser's Edge database, ensuring robust systems and processes are in place and implemented to ensure effective data collection, retrieval and security, thereby maximising its value to the charity.
Provide Raiser's Edge support and training for new and existing staff within the Fundraising and Finance team.

Person specification

Good understanding of supporter / customer care
Experience of working within a supporter services or customer care role
Experience of working with a database and willing to develop further expertise
Basic knowledge of Direct Marketing
Basic knowledge of Data Protection/General Data Protection Regulation
