Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a well-supported Children's Healthcare Charity to recruit a Supporter Engagement Officer. This role will act as first point of contact and will proactively provide exceptional levels of supporter care to the supporters, donors and volunteer fundraisers as well as supporting Individual Giving activities through comprehensive, effective, and efficient data processing and communications.

Key responsibilities
Lead on developing a supporter care strategy
Lead on supporter email communications ensuring the supporter journeys are followed through and cross-selling all opportunities is at the heart of all communications
To assist the Senior Individual Giving Manager with the campaign process, including proofing artwork, checking data and working with external agencies as required this includes both printed and digital campaigns
Coordinate and fulfil the efficient and accurate recording and acknowledgement of donations: writing appropriate and timely acknowledgement letters and emails
Review, update and maintain standard responses to common supporter/public queries, using letter/email templates
Efficient and accurate input and process donations (third party, postal and online) in a timely manner to fulfil the Supporter Care element of the role.
Work closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Finance Team, to ensure smooth running of administrative support processes.

Experience and understanding of what make exceptional supporter/customer care
Developing a supporter care strategy focusing on interactions to inspire and motivate support
Demonstrable administrative experience
Previous experience of using an emails/online mass communication tool for supporters
Experience of using Raisers Edge database or a similar CRM system
