Supporter Services & Database Officer

Do you have a genuine interest in building and maintaining relationships? Are you keen to contribute to the delivery of effective supporter journeys and be the first point of contact for any supporter enquiries?

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the fundraising database with both personal and financial data and working across staff teams to maximise the high-quality data management and insight which supports the fundraising team’s plans.

Is this role for you?

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a supporter or customer service environment. Experience of working with a CRM database (preferably Raiser’s Edge) to manage supporter or customer information. You will be friendly, confident and able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.  

You will be able to make your mark in supporting key projects which are organisational priorities for the coming year and truly make a difference to and enhance the lives of the people the charity supports.

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Salary circa £31,000 per annum
  • Role based in the Head Office in Gateshead
