Calling all First Line IT Support candidates! Are you a Sharepoint expert looking for your next IT Support contract?

I am delighted to be working with an amazing global health charity in search of a Systems Assistant to provide IT Support to the global organisation. Your role will be to take ownership of the day to day upkeep of the company intranet, ensuring that information is always current.
You will be working with international teams to expand their Intranet regional pages and add additional information around programmes.
You will provide a first point of contact for International IT queries and requests to the MSI Service Centre Keep company records of IT resources including asset register of all equipment

Main duties
SharePoint, Intranet & Teams
Responsibility for day-to-day upkeep of the Intranet, ensuring that information is current and that access and permissions are kept fully up to date.
Work with IT & Facilities Manager to provide support and training for staff on use of SharePoint and Teams to ensure that staff have the level of knowledge required to work with our data storage systems.
Ensure that IT training materials are kept up to date and available for all staff.

IT Support
Be first point of contact and provide first line IT support for Options International staff. Liaise with the MSI Service Centre Team to ensure that support tickets are raised in line with proper process and managed through to resolution.
Manage the online IT process for new starters and leavers. Keep up to date records of staff IT resources (asset register/online profile details) to ensure that they are current at all times.
Manage the process for any work from home equipment ensure that all assets are recorded once provided and that records are reviewed and updated as part of staff starter and leaver process.
