Harris Hill is working with a refugee and homing charity, who have been hit hard with work due to the Ukrainian war. With the influx of Ukrainian refugees, my client needs extra support from a content writer to support the training element within the organisation.

The Content writer will be required to produce the content for the training element of the Programme ensuring that user needs are met and in line with the programme objectives and aims.

Duties:
Develop, write and maintain engaging copy required for online and instructor-led training that are informative, educational, and motivating
Produce and deliver a variety of end-user learning materials that accommodate diverse learning styles while aligning with the aims of the organisation
Liaise with the training manager to understand organisational training needs and work to plan and execute requirements
Understand target audience and identify key messages
Edit, proof-read and support in finalisation of content
Align content as needed with the wider comms team and social media messaging
Support in maintaining and publishing content on training platform
Review and implement feedback to drive continually improvement
Ability to effectively project management activities to meet established deadlines
Evaluate training impact by measuring results and recommending changes

This role can be totally remote and requires someone with previous content writing experience.
