Trusts Fundraising Officer

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a trusts fundraiser based in West Sussex, to develop and raise funds by maximising income generation. It's an exciting time to join the team with the chance to make a real impact and to be a part of the organisation's transformational growth.

Key responsibilities will include:
- To support the department Head in implementing the three-year strategic plan for Trust Fundraising.
- Generate and manage income from trusts and foundations and submitting applications to new prospects.
- To develop and manage excellent relationships with existing and potential donors, particularly medium and small trusts.
-Maintaining fundraising progress on their database and helping enable the best process are applied for the data base.

In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Demonstrable experience of trusts or membership programmes.
-Evidence of success in securing 5 figure sums.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong organisational, multi-tasking and administrative skills.
-Ability to build strong relationships.
