Job description
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administration Officer to support a national organisation’s Learning & Development function. This fully remote role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering excellent administrative support to ensure effective learning delivery across the organisation.
Administration Officer (Temporary – Remote/Homebased)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract: Temporary – Full-time
Start date: 10 November 2025
Key responsibilities
Manage course administration, delegate bookings, and learning events using an LMS (e.g. Oracle Learn).
Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting on engagement and performance.
Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and correspondence.
Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries and support requests.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.
Produce professional reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience, ideally within Learning & Development or HR.
Knowledge of Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms.
Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
