Job description

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administration Officer to support a national organisation’s Learning & Development function. This fully remote role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate data, and delivering excellent administrative support to ensure effective learning delivery across the organisation. 

Administration Officer (Temporary – Remote/Homebased)

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract: Temporary – Full-time
Start date: 10 November 2025

Key responsibilities

  • Manage course administration, delegate bookings, and learning events using an LMS (e.g. Oracle Learn).

  • Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting on engagement and performance.

  • Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and correspondence.

  • Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries and support requests.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions.

  • Produce professional reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office.

 

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within Learning & Development or HR.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
