Business Development Manager

Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a brilliant disability charity in their search for a brand new Business Development Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a step up or wants a new challenge in corporate fundraising.

This role's key focus is to secure and develop new corporate fundraising accounts, nurturing donor relationships to contribute towards the implementation of the wider Corporate Fundraising Strategy, building and maintaining long-term relationships with donors, and playing a key role in accelerating revenue growth, in line with the five-year strategy, with a step-change short-and long-term results.

This role will be responsible for developing long term sustainable income from new corporate fundraising donors researching and developing the audiences, channels, products and messages to maximise effectiveness and efficiency in fundraising and effectively manage new business revenue pipelines.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of:

  • Demonstrable experience of securing new corporate client relationships.
  • Demonstrable background in leading donor stewardship programmes in recruitment and retention, and proactive lifecycle management
  • Experience of successfully securing new business revenue from companies in line with meeting targets, creatively and innovatively.
  • Experience of specifically managing international corporate partnerships would be advantageous.
