As part of a fantastic health focused membership organisation, we are looking for someone to cover a 12 month maternity contract, as Communications and Engagement Manager. Location can be remote, Hybrid or office based, to suit you.
The role will be varied day to day, leading on key areas of the communications portfolio, individual projects and initiatives covering comms, marketing, copywriting and email campaigns.
The role offers complete autonomy, it’s a busy role with lots to get stuck into, and you will work with a great team, and supportive Head of Comms. You will work cross-departmentally too, and the role offers a great opportunity to gain lots of different skills and experience.
You and the role:
“You will be adept at responding to and managing high pressure and fast-developing situations. You will produce key messages and engaging content; ensuring they are shared through the correct channels at the right time. You will lead on and managing our social media presence, three websites, digital, multimedia and printed communications to our diverse range of stakeholders, as well as communications via 3rd party portals. You will manage key stakeholder relationships and be responsible for delivering crucial engagement strategies. This includes our new internal communications and engagement plan for our staff. You will be able to constantly evaluate and learn from what we’ve done to drive improvements in our communications”.
Salary: £35,500 - £38,500 per annum (Also, 27 days plus bank holidays, discounted gym membership)
12 month maternity cover contract.
Location- Either fully remote, or days in the office, or full-time in the office in North West London.
The post holder leaves mid-April, so they are keen to interview ASAP! You'll need to be available to start in March/April/ 1 month notice.
