The role
This is an exciting time to join the Charity's Data Team as the new Data Selections Manager, having recently launched a new CRM database. With a new database and vision for the future, they have the opportunity to transform the way data is used across the organisation and drive a fantastic supporter experience.

This role will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience and support the charity to put supporters at the heart of how we communicate across all our journeys. The role exists to oversee the delivery of their supporter communication activities whilst providing the foundations for excellence in supporter experience and data driven fundraising.

The role is responsible for managing the Data Selections team which sits within the Data Team. This role is pivotal in the provision of a high-quality service to internal stakeholders both in fundraising as well as other teams across the charity. The role will provide line management to the Officers in the team to enable the efficient delivery of first-class marketing selections for the organisation.

About you
To be successful in this role we'd expect you to:

· 3+ years of proactively managing a team within a fundraising environment
· 2+ years' experience of working marketing data selections using CRMs
· Experience of using FastStats (or equivalent software) to deliver complex data selections
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
· Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
· Able to prioritise your own workload as well as those of a busy team
· Highly accurate data with meticulous attention to detail
