A fantastic opportunity for a confident marketing and communications professional, who has experience working in the Not for Profit sector and extensive experience in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies. You will be excited to work for a faith based organisation, that supports the UK Muslim community, and is one of a kind with its offering.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, your immediate responsibilities will be to direct and manage a team of four in delivering a Ramadan campaign. This campaign will aim to drive acquisition and retention all the while further establishing the brand and its purpose to the UK audience.

Post Ramadan, you will lead the team through a detailed post campaign analysis, comparing its performance to Ramadan 2021 and drawing out key actionable insights for the senior leadership team.

Pro-active and self-motivated, the successful candidate will make strategic decisions on a daily basis, sign off all creative decisions, understand media buy-in and also run post-campaign analysis on their largest fundraising campaign of the year.  Outside of peak season, you will manage the digital marketing channels, PR, and SEO and any other channels you decide to bring on to help meet organisational goals.

-        Understanding of strategic marketing and communication

-        Ability to communicate the brand in fresh and compelling ways

-        Ability to critique marketing assets to deliver on objectives

-        Ability to buy, manage and analyse marketing channels to meet objectives

-        Experience delivering marketing campaigns in a fundraising and charity environment

This is maternity cover role, for 9-12 months. To start in November/ December 2021.

Salary dependent on experience ranging from £48,000 - £55,000

Remote based role. Travel to London for meetings a few times a month, so ability to travel within the UK is essential.
