Director of Supporter Projects and Innovations

Job description

To lead the Supporter Projects and Innovations function of a children’s charity, covering innovation and new product development for supporter audiences and the strategic project management of our most ambitious, cross-organisational supporter engagement and direct response campaigns.

In this role you will navigate internal projects and relationships and manage 2 Heads of. As a newly formed team, they are excited, ambitious and raring to go! They are passionate about what they do and they are looking for a like-minded enthusiast with a creative mind-set.

Key skills and knowledge needed for this role:

  • Knowledge, understanding and awareness of the key issues affecting supporter engagement and the not-for-profit sector
  • Expert knowledge of delivering insight-driven communications programmes and/or relevant response marketing strategy development and implementation
  • Expert knowledge of innovation techniques
  • Expert knowledge of project management approaches (particularly Agile)

Candidates may come from a Marketing, Innovation, Fundraising or Individual Giving background.

10 month FTC maternity over. You will be available to start in January/ Feb or early March.

Based in Old street, London.

Salary: £55,000 per annum.
