Executive (Retention - Committed Giving)

Job description

A leading children’s charity are looking for an Executive (Retention - Committed Giving) to join their ambitious regular giving fundraising department.

As Executive (Retention - Committed Giving) you will support on the day to day delivery of committed giving retention programmes supporting the charity’s ambitious transformational growth plans to drive voluntary net income from regular giving and lottery income streams.

Key responsibilities include supporting in the delivery of day-to-day regular giving and lottery programmes, including stewardship, consent, upgrade and reactivation campaigns. You will also support in the production of campaign briefs, timing plans and KPIs against agreed budgets, primarily for digital, direct mail and telephone campaigns.

The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of regular giving and lottery supporter retention programmes and an understanding of direct market across digital telephone fundraising and direct mail. Strong project management and campaign delivery management skills are also key.
