Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a brilliant young person's mental health organisation based in Kent. They are looking for a Fundraising and PR Lead to work 3 or 4 days a week or 22.5 hours over 5 days. This role will be joining a lovely fundraising team who are looking to raise over £350,000 per year.

This is a great role for a Senior Manager who is looking to lead a small but mighty team! They are looking for someone who is a specialist in major donor fundraising or corporate fundraising who can manage a team.

This role will be doing essential work of raising income with a team of 4. They income they raise will allow children and families time and space to love and trust again, as well as have time to heal from emotional trauma and abuse.

To be considered for this role:

• Have clear experience of generating from High Value Fundraising - ideally from Major Donors or Corporate partnerships
• Experience of or supporting on a fundraising strategy
• Line management experience
• Ideally experience of working on or working closely with a marketing and PR team.
