An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, target driven and strategic fundraiser based in Hertfordshire (near Potter's Barn).

You will apply your experience from across a range of income streams to help steer the direction of the charity's grassroots fundraising at a time of growth and development.

The focus of this role is the acquisition of new donors and retention of existing supporters through a programme of communications and curating a portfolio of fundraising initiatives (including appeals, regular giving and events) designed to raise funds and inspire support.

In this role you will line manage an experienced Marketing Executive and Fundraising Administrator, so line management experience would be advantageous.

The charity offers a generous reward package and are flexible in relation to working patterns. This is a part-time post, 4 days or 28 hours per week. They also encourage staff to develop their skills through training and conference attendance. There will be occasional weekend working for a variety of stewardship and fundraising events.
