Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a children's charity, who are looking for a new Head of Corporate Engagement. They are looking for someone who has got a strong background in new business and feels comfortable working closely with the senior leadership team and the Chief Executive. You will be working closely with the Director of Supporter Impact and Income on working on the strategy and gaining new partnerships.

You will be leading a team of four and will be working closely with the rest of the High Value team and across other teams within the organisation. You will be developing a suite of high value offers that match their potential partner needs with their priorities for young people If someone is looking for a step up or wants to take a lateral step then this is the role for you. They want to make the role work with your life and offer flexible working.

You will need to show a track record of bringing on new business and that you are able to lead a team. You will be able to demonstrate that you have worked on delivery strategy and that you are able to set ambitious goals and motivate teams to exceed these.
