Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a large youth charity based in central London. They are looking for their next Head of Corporate Partnerships and Individual Giving. You will be leading on the development of the corporate partnerships team by maximising income through building up networks and growing a mid-level giving programme.

Key Responsibilities
-Implement the Corporate Partnerships Fundraising Strategy, through developing a pipeline designed to raise significant income.
-With the Director of Fundraising develop and lead a long-term Philanthropy Strategy that maximises income from major donors, and from mid-level giving.
-Deliver a stewardship programme ensuring a fantastic supporter experience.
-Be responsible for setting income targets and develop KPIs and retention reporting. You will also deliver insight and analysis.
-Develop and manage two Corporate Fundraising Managers.

Person Specification
-Experience of winning new business from corporate partners and new individual donors.
-Experience of partnership management.
-Evidence of achieving and exceeding fundraising targets.
-You will have line managed
-You can write proposals and pitches to a very high standard
-A 'can do' and flexible approach.
