Harris Hill is delighted to be working with an animal welfare charity whose aim is to end the abuse of animals raised for food by influencing the policies of the world's biggest companies.

As Head of Development, you will be required to build the originations development work with a current predicted annual turnover of nearly 1 million by 2021/22.

You will need to have at least 5 years fundraising experience with a focus on securing large donations from Trusts, Major Donors and/or corporate's. You will need to have previously developed and executed a fundraising strategy and have experience in leading a team.

In addition, you will be a credible influencer and communicator and have an inclusive and collaborative approach to decision making.

This role reports to the Managing Director and is a full-time, remote position, however, travel to London and the US may be necessary occasionally.
