Head of Partnerships

Job description

I am currently looking for Head of Partnerships candidates for a well known mental health charity. This role is to oversee the day to day delivery of the group strategy through the successful management of the partnerships team. This includes establishing integration of the partnerships team with the bid management team.
Main duties:
Manage the partnerships team and the Business Development Analyst and their work to ensure effective delivery of the group business development strategy day to day to attain annual programme activity targets.
Provide strong leadership for the partnerships team, modelling positive behaviours and setting standards for the team to meet and exceed.
Work closely with the Head of Bid Management to successfully integrate the partnerships and bid management teams.
To develop and deliver effective process and systems to ensure the Partnership Managers work is tracked against clear targets and can be reported on including retendering activity, competitor analysis, market intelligence and partnership development.
Lead on collating updates around key development areas relevant to the group, informed by Partnership Managers regional intelligence and in collaboration with Head of Communications and Head of Bid Management around horizon scanning.
Take lead for business development in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system development.
Develop strong and positive relationships with senior colleagues across all group partners including managing directors, regional managers and heads of department who will inform partnership team work.
Provide regular performance management reports to Director, Business Approvals Group and Board.
