A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Air Ambulance, Kent, and Surrey, Sussex as their new Head of Supporter Experience.

They always want to improve to ensure they provide the best possible help to people in need, so every penny really is vital.

The successful candidate will need to lead a dedicated Supporter Experience team that has the goal of providing consistently gratifying interactions between AAKSS and its supporters. The role will identify and deliver improvements in AAKSS's processes for supporter contact, thanking and banking to drive commitment and long-term value. The post-holder should be proven fundraising professional with experience in the sector, having managed teams, priorities and operational budgets. The post-holder will also possess the people skills required to motivate, develop and retain staff.
