Individual Giving & Partnerships Manager

Job description

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic international charity in their search for an Individual Giving & Partnerships Manager.

As Individual Giving & Partnerships Manager you will lead on innovative fundraising campaigns and exciting new fundraising product development opportunities. You will support and develop defined supporter journeys that enhance and grow relationships and help to secure new corporate relationships.

The main focus of the role is on Individual Fundraising; co-ordinating all appeals to achieve annual targets and KPIs & managing an expenditure budget of £100k to deliver agreed income targets.

The secondary element of the role is to undertake prospect research for potential corporate partnerships that would link into the charity's existing appeals, campaigns and events. You would then be responsible for account managing and stewarding new corporate partnerships.

The split of IG to Corporate is roughly 80/20.

In order to be successful, you must have experience in project managing fundraising or marketing campaigns through a wide range of media, a thorough understanding of how fundraising techniques can be used to recruit and retain supporters in order to maximize their lifetime value and a track record of effective income generation through individual giving. Experience of working in corporate fundraising would be a bonus but is not vital. You will be line-managing the Fundraising Officer, so you must also have the ability to mentor, inspire and develop colleagues.

If this sounds like you and you're looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and exciting environment, please please do get in touch ASAP!
