Harris Hill are delighted to work working with an influential international development organisation to recruit an Individual Giving Officer. This newly created position will support the charity in their continued development of their IG programme, to build upon an established retention programme to acquire new donors.

You will employ a multichannel approach to include lottery, direct mail/email, direct dialogue (telemarketing and face to face fundraising agencies) and social media to engage with new audiences and maximise existing supporters. You will take ownership of some elements and support the IG Manager with others to develop your individual giving skills.

This position would ideally suit a candidate keen to develop their skills in this field, or perhaps someone with direct marketing skills keen to take their first step into fundraising. This supportive and training focused organisation offers a great opportunity to make this step.
