Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national charity on an exciting Innovation Manager opportunity.

The Innovation Manager is a key strategic role that sits within the Fundraising Directorate. The Innovation team operates across the whole directorate, and the role holder will play an important part in helping the charity achieve a step change in the growth of it's net income through the development of new fundraising products, the identification and exploitation of new technologies and the embedding and upskilling of innovation processes across teams.

The role holder will be experienced in the principles of data analysis and audience development. The role holder will lead on product development cycles, taking briefs through to pilot stage and upon success, transitioning new income generating initiatives into business as usual.

Strong analytical skills will be essential to ensure that our strategy is grounded in evidence-based decision-making, as will supporting the Innovation team in leading cultural change throughout the organisation. Therefore, strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate co-creation of new initiatives are a must. The right candidate will exhibit clear strategic thinking and a creative, solution-oriented approach to driving income growth and reaching new supporters.

Salary: £35,086 - £40,000 plus London Allowance if Applicable (£3500)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Location: London with Hybrid Working
