Innovative Project Manager

Job description

I am excited to be working with an amazing charitable organisation in search of an Interim Innovate Project Manager (until March 2024). As the Project Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day handling of the charity's innovative healthy homes project.

Main duties:
To ensure smooth running of the project, alongside the Senior Management Team, Head of Programme and Contracts and Chief Executive.
To liaise with Innovate on a regular basis to ensure successful Project Management of the charity's innovate funded Healthy Ageing Challenge Trailblazer Project: Healthy Homes, Healthy Lives.

Responsibilities:
To provide/ensure the highest-level project management support
Meeting scheduling with agendas and papers, ensure attendance
Meeting minutes with Action Plan distributed in a timely manner
Ongoing budget monitoring
Preparing financial claim documents
Collation of and preparing reporting documents to the Monitoring Officer on a quarterly basis and as and when required
To keep Project Plan up to date from discussions with collaborators, and liaison with leads.
Maintain and update Risk Register with input from discussions with collaborators
To ensure project reporting and delivery
Ensure collaborators send timely and comprehensive updates
Attend, and provide updates to weekly SMT meetings
Feed collaborator updates in to draft quarterly report template
To enable delivery tasks as required e.g., research and identify best practice for Energy Conservation Measures installation.
