Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a international development charity in their search for a Interim Head of Philanthropy. This role is vital to help a highly successful major giving team continue to smash their multi million pound targets. This a perfect role for someone who is wanting to get experience in a larger charity who has been a Head of in a smaller one, or alternatively someone who is a Senior Manager looking for the next step up.

This role will line manage multiple people and run a team a large team, so line management experience is essential. The organisation is at a really exciting time of growth and have some incredible programmes for donors that are centered around gender equality.

This role is a lovely mix of managing and supporting a major gifts team, as well as working with some key donors too.

To apply you will need to:

• Have a strong background in major giving and worked on 6/7 figure donor portfolios
• Experience of line managing multiple people and working on a million pound + budgets.
• Passion for international development, but it is not essential that you have prior experience within this space.
