Internal Communications Manager (Home-based)

Job description

I’m thrilled to be partnering with National Autistic Society, to help find their Internal Communications Manager. This is a brand new role, created as part of a newly formed communications and engagement department. You will be responsible for leading, developing, managing and delivering a new internal communications strategy and building activity across the organisation.

Supporting change and development within different areas of the charity, you will build strong relationships and develop a knowledge and understanding of their bespoke internal communications needs. There will be key support from the Head of Communications and Engagement, who has an internal communications background and sees the importance of internal communications for the charity.

You will line manage the Senior Internal Communications Officer, and together you will develop internal communications for over 3,000 staff. As a trusted advisor on all areas of internal communications, you will  have the opportunity to steer the role, and team, whilst working as a Business Partner to the Head of Communications and Engagement.

This is a full-time, permanent role

Location- Home-based. The team are dotted across the UK.

Salary £35,000- £40,000
