International Communications Lead- Newcastle

Have you got a proven track record in developing and delivering effective communication and engagement strategies for a range of audiences? Do you want to inspire people to make a difference on a global level?
The charity is going through an exciting and challenging period of development and change and effective communication is more important than ever; externally and even more so internally. You will join the Senior Management Team and work directly with staff and volunteers, including their Governing Board.
The ideal candidate:
- A communications professional, a brand champion and guardian, with experience in member engagement, selecting and optimizing communication methods and channels.
- You will line-manage the Communications and Partnerships Coordinator and be responsible for the communications budget.

- Internal Communications
- Member engagement
Salary: £36,000- £42,000
18 - 20 months FTC- with the potential to become permanent.
Based in Newcastle, with flexible working.
This role can be either 3, 4 or 5 days a week.
