Marketing and Communications Manager (Home-based)

In a newly imagined Marketing and Communications Manager role, you will have complete autonomy in your decisions, in order to refresh the marketing strategy of a fantastic charity. I’m thrilled to be partnering with the charity, who offer young people active learning experiences in STEM related careers, giving them the opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure that will help them make decisions about their future.

Following a recent restructure, the charity has created a start-up feel to an organisation with established roots and supporters over 30 years. They are continuing through an exciting period of transformation, moving to a hybrid delivery model, re-organising the charity to better the meet the needs of the young people they serve. With their Board over the next year, they will develop a long term strategy and business plan to grow and thrive supporting young people of all backgrounds on their way to a successful career.

I’m looking to hear from a creative storyteller, proficient in the use of a wide range of digital marketing tools, with exceptional people skills and an eye for analytics.

You will deliver and evaluate a proactive integrated communications and marketing strategy spanning multiple channels and target audiences, in addition to improving the digital presence and shaping and elevating the charity’s brand and reputation. You will also have line management responsibility of the Marketing Officer.

Salary £40,000

Location- Home based, or Hybrid. The ability to travel for ad-hoc key meetings in London and the South is key.

Full-time, permanent role
