Marketing Officer

Job description

A brilliant health focused charity who continue to develop breakthrough treatments, campaign relentlessly and support each other, are eager to find a Marketing Officer who will deliver integrated marketing campaigns. You will work on a wide range of exciting projects, build your skills and experience and work across varied teams to ensure marketing activities are effective and efficient.

You will develop a system for capturing and sharing learning to help us continuously test, learn and improve how they do things. Establishing strong relationships across the organisation with people responsible for marketing. Understanding interdependencies between activity will enable you to foresee issues and take action to avoid them. The transparency and visibility will also allow you to identify opportunities and bring teams together to maximise the impact of their work.

The ideal candidate:

  • The charity is eager to find a creative thinker and problem solver, with experience and understanding of working on strong brands, particularly ensuring that all marketing activity fits with the brand strategy and guidelines. You will have experience in campaign reporting and experience in budget tracking in order to hit the ground running.
  • You will have previous marketing experience working in an integrated marketing environment either in an agency or in-house at a charity.
  • You will be available to start immediately or have maximum 1-month notice.

Location: London office based (under normal circumstances, currently operating as home worker due to Covid guidance)
Contract type: 12 month contract. Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £31,660 London (includes London weighting), £28,590 rest of UK
